What started in Ukraine as an apparel company supporting displaced women has continued as hand-made products from the U.S.

Peace Culture was formed during my time as a missionary in Ukraine during the war, watching women choose courage, creativity, and care in the middle of devastation.

This experience changed me. It reminded me that making beauty isn’t extra or frivolous. It’s a way we survive and carry out our calling as co-creators. It’s a way we love one another. I’ve learned the value of slowing down and truly learning to enjoy the simple things, like handwritten notes, friends near and far, hospitality, and working with your hands.

After four years abroad, I'm sharing what I've learned about rest, spirituality, and purpose from the mission field and other cultures. I'm excited to bring my watercolors to life with hand-made cards and art prints. If you're local, let me drop off some sourdough to go with your slow moment.
